How it Works

Design the Training Plan

Select the soft skills that need to be trained and the video games that measure and improve them.

Register a Steam account

Students connect their Steam account to the SkillQuest platform. They can use an existing account or create a new one.

Training

Students access up to 18 different commercial video games on any PC or laptop and play them at their own convenience.

Analyze soft skills configurations

Map each person's soft skills configuration after just  a few hours of gaming. Use the analytic tools to reveal further insights about each person's Professional Personality Profile.
