Dedalos is a business incubator and accelerator specialized in supporting start-ups and companies in the Edutech and Agrifood sectors and in developing cooperation programs for building social economy supply chains.
Over the past two years, in collaboration with 82 School Institutes, Dedalos has defined educational protocols for the construction of immersive simulated enterprise workshops, developed the application of STEM education through biodiversity, and carried on the testing of educational models with "mise en place" methodology.
