I'm proud to announce the launch of SkillQuest 1.0 in Barcelona!

97% of CEOs believe soft skills are essential to success. 92% of HR managers consider soft skills more or equally important than hard skills. In a world that is increasingly digital, at the beginning of an AI revolution, human skills are needed now more than ever before.

Soft skills, also known as power skills or durable skills, are those abilities that makes us uniquely human in the way we do things. Critical thinking, complex problem solving, communication, empathy, cognitive flexibility, and many more have been identified as the building blocks of success and professional fulfillment.

We need to evolve from the concept of the employee as a “resource” and begin to understand the human inside the professional role. The prevalent reason why young people leave a job is because there was no balance between life and work. Salary came second. Our professional life is no more an experience confined to the office that we go through, no matter the effort, in order to receive a salary. It has to share the values and the tenants of our personal life and it has to be woven into our personal and social needs.

In order for students and professionals to feel motivated and invest all of their own into what they do, they need to feel they are in an environment that understands them and help them grow. A workplace in which they thrive. That’s why it has become critically important for every company to begin knowing who their workforce is, not just what they do.

To address these issues, I'm proud to announce the launch of SkillQuest 1.0. Join me in Barcelona as we begin the journey that will enable people to give their best in a workplace in which they thrive.
